The Brazilian Multicolour Slate has been partially calibrated to leave a lightly riven surface and a practical tile for a busy home. The rich copper and warm red colours are mixed with cooler blue and grey tones and interspersed with gold, yellow and green accents, to give a truly unique floor. The larger sizes work well in open spaces, with the square tiles giving a more traditional finish.
If you are looking to make a dramatic feature of your floor, slate tiles are an excellent option. The Brazilian Black or Green Slates work well as a contrast in rooms with lots of natural light, or the multi-colours of the Metallic Blend Slate are a fantastic feature against a plain, simple kitchen. Slate is one of the most affordable types of stone flooring, making this timeless classic a suitable choice if on a budget.
