A Big Shout Out To….

We have a wonderful team here at Floors of Stone and count ourselves very lucky that we get to work with such lovely people. However, what is even lovelier is when our customers recognise this too!
We regularly get emails of gratitude from customers delighted with their tiles but now and again our customers take the time to commend the efforts of the real assets to our company. I wanted to share a few recent testimonials which we are hugely grateful to receive and that really do make our day.
Email subject: Excellent Staff – always a good start but what followed was even better:
I just wanted to drop you a line to commend your staff… in particular Molly and Tom.
We came over to your showroom yesterday and, even though our potential order was relatively small, we received excellent customer service with nothing being too much trouble. We were offered samples and the opportunity to view the batches of stone in the yard… even though it meant moving pallets around. Their helpful attitude and informative advice was outstanding and Molly followed up promptly with images on email as she had promised.
We have subsequently placed an order and will have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and colleagues as well as returning when we have our next project.

I just want to say how exceptional Emily has been, she has been efficient and courteous. True customer service I often find is very lacking in today’s world but Emily has restored my faith in that it still exists. She is a real asset to your company.
