A Year at the Mill

It’s been just over a year since I joined the team here at Floors of Stone, and it really is true what they say, “time flies when you’re having fun”.
There’s been plenty of new arrivals in and around the Mill, we have our shy yet beautiful deer and also a collection of new chatty guinea fowl, self-obsessed peacocks and some fluffy baby swans! There’s always a commotion outside when the groundsmen feed the birds, it’s literally feeding time at the zoo!
We are always keeping things fresh here at Floors of Stone and there has been a fantastic surge of new products. My recent favourites include any of the Stucco porcelain range, I love the texture of these tiles and the Marl, for example, is a beautiful shade of grey (my go to colour) which will slip into a contemporary space with ease.
I’m also a huge fan of our wonderful Handmade tiles which would look perfect in any kitchen.
It really is a pleasure working as part of such a great team and with so much on the horizon I’m looking forward to another fun filled year! We have lots of exciting new products on their way, and so far in the office we have just the one wedding to look forward too, but you never know who could be next!?
