New assistants!

Cotes mill is home to an abundance of wild life and the Floors of stone team get extremely excited when new arrivals like these tiny chicks appear.
After their arrival a few weeks ago, Martin our Grounds Manager set up a tiny crèche in the show room to help keep them warm.
With a few attempted escapes they settled in well and filled our day with plenty of tiny chirps. Now a little older and bigger the chicks have been moved to a pen outside in the lovely grounds here at Cotes mill. As you can see one of the chicks tried its hand at becoming a receptionist.
