The Delights of Umbrian Limestone

The Umbrian Limestone tiles are one of my personal favourites within the Luxurious Limestone selection at Floors of Stone. The subtle colours that can be seen within each flagstone tile add character to the floor whilst keeping the traditional natural stone look.
The main areas that I have sold these Limestone Tiles for are: Kitchen areas, hall ways and Living rooms. The tiles have been laid in large barn conversions here in the UK along with properties in Andorra and France. It is available in a variety of sizes which makes it the ideal Limestone Tile for most areas bringing a traditional look within a modern home.
The Umbrian Limestone Tiles come mainly in large Flagstone formats and so the only way really to lay them is in a traditional staggered brick pattern. It is not sold in an Opus pattern like most of our Travertine Tiles, Marble Tiles or other Limestone Tiles but some of our customers have laid them in completely random designs which have turned out looking very nice.
