We would like to welcome you to our new home, Cotes Mill. As previously blogged, renovations have been ongoing to our brand new showroom and offices for a few months but we are now very pleased to announce we have successfully moved in.
Our office is complete with the beautiful Light Jerusalem Tumbled Limestone floor continued from the showroom, creating a sophisticated workspace, and we have already been pointing out interesting fossils and features of the stone to each other. We have tons of light flooding in through the side windows and doors that open out onto the mills gardens. We have guinea fowl and a peacock to brighten our day, along with Suzy the Swan and lots of interesting birds.
The showroom itself is not quite complete, the wall displays are finished but the display units for the centre of the room are still being made. We currently have large displays of 31 products with selected travertine, limestone and marble product displayed on the ground floor and our slate tiles displayed upstairs. We have all products available to view at Cotes Mill whether it be on a finished display or not so please come along and visit, just bear in mind some of the display cabinets are still a work in progress.
The limestone, spiral staircase is complete apart from the handrail, which is being designed and created in house by our talented carpenters at deVOL kitchens. It looks fabulous and we can’t wait to show it off. The circular design of the staircase, along with the old water wheel certainly make the showroom like no other flooring showroom in the UK.
We are proud of our new home. We have always been proud of our website and customer service but couldn’t help sense customer’s disappointment when they visited our Jubilee Drive showroom. Whilst we displayed our entire product range, we were limited on space. We are confident customers will be disappointed no more as we have the showroom to match our website and service. We look forward to welcoming you and showing off both the Floors of Stone and deVOL kitchen showrooms.
